1. Security & Order Confirmation
If payment is by credit or debit card, all card details are handled and processed by secure encryption. Whilst every effort is done ensure the security of servers and encryption codes. It is impossible for any web site to be completely impregnable to fraud. artcreatif.co.uk is committed to providing the highest level of security to all our clients and consumers, and in ensuring our suppliers meet those same standards. Artcreatif.co.uk can not be held responsible for shortfalls in any systems operated by our client suppliers / retailers. Once your order has been processed all transactional details relating to the method of payment collected by us will be deleted.
2. Post & Packaging
Post & packing prices are set by the suppliers and therefore may vary slightly for similar products. Dispatch of the goods to the consumer is the responsibility of the supplier. Where necessary details of any delivery requirements or restrictions, (ie UK mainland only), are contained within the delivery information for specific products).
Full valid post codes are required for every order, and the supplier may not dispatch orders without one. If You provided an incorrect address, including the postcode, the supplier may not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive, or any costs involved in redirecting that order. In all cases / queries relating to specific goods / products must be directed to the supplier / retailer concerned and not to us.
When you place an order to purchase a product you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing the details of your order including transaction and order reference numbers. Your order represents an offer to the Supplier / retailer, to purchase a product(s) / services, which is accepted by the supplier / retailer when payment for your order is processed.
If you have incorrectly entered your email address your confirmation and dispatch email may fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect your order. When your order is accepted, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail. Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. Failure to send you a receipt confirmation email or dispatch confirmation email in no way invalidates Your offer or the supplier / retailer’s acceptance of your offer. Time is not of the essence in relation to this contract.
3. Damage & Tracing Parcels
In the event that Your goods are damaged in transit please contact the supplier direct. Products received by courier should be checked before being signed for. If the exterior packaging or the product are found to be damaged You must then sign "checked and found to be damaged". If You fail to do this the supplier / retailer may may not be able to offer a refund. If products sent by Royal Mail are not delivered please contact the supplier / retailer for details of the tracking and tracing procedure. If products sent by Courier and not delivered please contact the supplier / retailer for details of the online and telephone tracking procedure.
If orders are considered to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time has elapsed, it is at the discretion of the retailer whether or not to refund, or resend the the order.
4. Prices & Product Details
All prices quoted are in £ Sterling. We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible however we cannot guarantee that information and offer no warranties as to the accuracy. As each product and it’s associated information is the responsibility of the supp;ier / retailer We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including, but not limited to those regarding price. The responsibility for obtaining any permission or rights to use branded or copyrighted images, in order to promote products, goods or services rests with the supplier / retailer. We cannot be held responsible for a supplier uploading theses images onto our site, however we will endevour to inform the supplier of the situation and ask the supplier to use a suitable image, or remove the offending product. Artcreatif.co.uk has the right of veto over all products, goods and services published by suppliers / retailer onto the website. We reserve the right to make changes to Our web site including prices, products, ingredients and terms & conditions without any notice being given. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available You may be offered an alternative, an alternative product will not be shipped without obtaining authorisation beforehand.
5. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased through the artcreatif.co.uk website, you may return it to the supplier, at your expense, within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been used or consumed. The supplier will then process the returned products in accordane with their own returns policy.

The title for all products, goods and services supplied remains with the supplier / retailer, until full payment has been received.
