Your order

When you place your order, we forward each part of your order to the appropriate retail merchant for them to fullfil your requirements. All partner stores on artcreatif.co.uk maintain a high level of customer service and will keep you informed of delivery times, delays or any other order information. In your order acknowledgement we include their contact information so if you need to, you can speak with them directly. In the unlikely event that you ever have an issue with an artcreatif.co.uk supplier, simply send us an email using the address in the contact us section, including a brief description of your issue, your order number and your supplier. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.

Can I order by phone?

artcreatif.co.uk  is specifically designed with secure online shopping and checkout processing. artcreatif.co.uk will also ensure that all of your payment information is completely safe, and will be deleted from our systems once your order has been processed. We will also give you ample opportunity to carefully review your order before it is placed.

Does artcreatif.co.uk ship my order?

No. After you checkout, we forward your order safely and securely encrypted, directly to each merchant to fill their part of your order. If you are ordering from more than one merchant, this will be clearly visible to you during the checkout process. Each merchant will then handle the shipping of their portion of the order - so if you order from several merchants at once, each one will provide you with their own shipping confirmations, order updates, etc.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and the standard debit cards.

Who charges my credit card?

NVisage which owns Artcreatif charges your card and takes the exact money you see at the till as the agent of the suppliers. We then reimburse each of the suppliers with the appropriate amount. All of our merchants have been carefully screened, so you can be confident that the products you order will arrive when promised and be exactly as described, and that every merchant will be responsive to your customer service needs.

Satisfaction guaranteed?

We are very much committed to earning and preserving your trust. In the unlikely event that any artcreatif.co.uk merchant ever fails to deliver on their promise to you regarding any purchase made through our site, we will intervene on your behalf.

Product warranties

Each of our merchants has their own warranty policy (they differ from merchant to merchant). If you are unsure of the warranty policy, please contact the merchant directly and they will be able to answer your questions.

Pricing and Availability

We do our best to get you the most up-to-date information on product availability and pricing from our stores. We guarantee that the prices shown in our categories are no more exensive than you would pay shopping from the supplier's own website if they have one. In rare cases, data entry errors or other technical issues may result in inaccurate prices being shown (for example, items priced at £0.00). In such cases, the store is not required to honour inaccurate prices as the price displayed is an invitation to treat and does not constitute the offer. If you ever see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us.

VAT structure?

VAT stand for value added tax. In accordance with the law in the UK, artcreatif.co.uk charges VAT on products. The "Buy" amount displayed for goods sold by artcreatif.co.uk are VAT inclusive. This is included by the various merchants to artcreatif.co.uk.

Order delivery time?

The instant you complete the checkout process, artcreatif.co.uk processes your order. Your purchase is forwarded to the individual merchants that you purchased from. Each merchant has their own order processing and shipping times - all of which are listed in the delivery details for each product and merchant.

Shipping charges?

Each of our merchants has their own Shipping Rates and Policies, which again can be found in the delivery details for each product and merchant.

Why more than one delivery charge?

Every merchant handles the shipping and tax for their items. We encourage you to compare their prices including shipping and tax as you browse. You'll also see the actual shipping and handling charges itemised separately for each product in your shopping cart and through the checkout process.

Returns Policy

artcreatif.co.uk is a trading platform that gives consumers a wider choice of products, and suppliers a wider customer base. Your statutory rights are not affected (see Terms and Conditions). All issues concerning returned or damaged goods should be dealt with directly with the supplier, and not through artcreatif.co.uk. The Merchant's returns policy can be found on their website. 

Communication Policy

As an Internet company artcreatif.co.uk is totally focussed on delivering the greatest choice of quality handmade products at the best prices, as efficiently as possible. As we are an online only reseller, we are unfortunately unable to offer pre or post sales advice. Our website includes all of the product information you should require. With such a large number of products supplied by such a great number of different merchants, it is not practical for for us to offer a pre and post sales telephone service. It is our policy not to deal directly with consumers on matters such as these by telephone. Electronic retailing is all about empowering customers to serve themselves as efficiently and effectively as possible, more so than by traditional means. We firmly believe we can satisfy the needs of our customers more readily via electronic means.
